Class Descriptions
Gonzales Boxing/Badass Boxing
In the Badass Boxing class, you're learning to throw punches and unleashing the fury within. Bags and pads won't know what hit 'em when you're through with your training. You should know, though, you'll only be laying the smack down on other human beings if you've joined the fight team. All skill levels welcome.
Kickboxing
It's about to get electrifying in this kickboxing class, where we're not just throwing punches, we're kicking it up a notch! You'll be mastering the art of throwing those haymakers and delivering kicks that'll make Bruce Lee do a double take . All skill levels are welcome to join the party.
JiuJitsu
JiuJitsu is a martial arts that is not about hitting things at all, but rather about getting submissions, or as they call them “subs.” JiuJitsu is often called gentle because the focus is not on hurting anyone, but on focusing them to give up (or “tap”) based on the positions you have your opponent in.
This is an exampe of Muay Thai. It includes knees and elbows.

In this exhilarating class, you'll immerse yourself in the art of the "Eight Limbs," mastering the use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins like a true warrior.
Under the guidance of our expert instructor, you'll embark on a journey that goes beyond the physical – it's a mental and spiritual awakening. From the basics of stance and footwork to the intricacies of devastating clinch work, each session is a dynamic blend of conditioning, technique drills, and sparring.
